OVERVIEW: CUTIE3 is a sampler quilt combining various blocks from existing Cutie projects. There are 10 pieced blocks, followed by instructions for borders and finishing. The quilt is divided into a light section (Cuties 1-8) and a dark section (Cuties 9-16), then arranged on light and dark backgrounds respectively. For each block assembly you will be cutting fabrics for specific blocks. After cutting, set aside the rest of the fabrics for future blocks. With regard to the background and border fabrics: Width of fabric (WOF) is fabric cut from selvage to selvage. Unless otherwise instructed, sew all pieces with right sides together and raw edges even. Use a ¼” seam allowance throughout.
